Too young to be involved in main-stream politics?  Think again!  If you are between the ages of 13 - 17, you can have a say in determining your future by becoming informed about important issues and then encouraging others to do the same.

Many student issues such as scholarships, student loans and access to programmes are directly affected by Federal policies.  Add your voice and informed opinion by considering joining The Young Greens http://www.generationgreen.ca/

Locally, our area of Niagara West – Glanbrook is facing several issues that directly affect young people:  lack of employment and career opportunities in anything but the service sector and the direct evidence that climate change is going to affect this area’s wine and food growing industries significantly.  Young people can put pressure on politicians – local, provincial and federal – to adopt sustainable solutions and put aside party politics in the interest of acting now to ensure your generation has a bright future.

Consider also volunteering your energy and time to assist the Green Party’s efforts locally as we engage in everything from Adopt-a-Road cleanups to manning information booths at local fairs and events.
